My Progress

This is my workout routine that I do with my videos. It works with my lifestyle and my son does them with me sometimes.
These are Power 1/2 hour DVD's, Power 90 I/II DVD, Tae Bo Contact (I & II), Basic Step Aerobics, and Awaken the Body Power Yoga DVD.

 
These are different weeks with different rotations. 
 

 

After 4 weeks take 1 week recovery and do something slightly different
Monday - Power Stretch / Ab Burner
Tuesday - Power Stretch / Thigh Trimmer
Wednesday - Power Stretch / Arm Toner
Thursday - Power Stretch / Ab Burner
Friday - Power Stretch / Tae Bo or Step Aerobics
Saturday - Power Stretch / Bun Shaper
Sunday - Rest

 


Upper Body Focus – add weight so that you fail at 8 reps, then add more weight once you can do 12 reps
Monday - Awaken the body / Step Aerobics / Arm Toner
Tuesday - Tae Bo / Ab Burner
Wednesday - Awaken the Body / Step Aerobics / Arm Toner
Thursday - Tae Bo / Thigh Trimmer
Friday - Awaken the Body / Step Aerobics / Bun Shaper
Saturday - Tae Bo / Arm Toner
Sunday - Rest with Awaken the Body

 

Lower Body Focus
Monday - Tae Bo / Thigh Trimmer
Tuesday - Step Aerobics / Bun Shaper
Wednesday - Tae Bo / Ab Burner
Thursday - Sweat I/II / Thigh Trimmer
Friday - Power Stretch / Arm Toner
Saturday - Tae Bo / Bun Shaper
Sunday - Rest with taking an hour walk

 

Last Hurrah
Monday - Ab Burner/Bun Shaper
Tuesday - Thigh Trimmer/Arm Toner
Wednesday - Sweat I/II /Ab Burner
Thursday - Bun Shaper/Power Stretch
Friday - Arm Toner/Thigh Trimmer
Saturday - Sweat I/II /Ab Burner

Slim Training- high intensity program, should not be done any longer than 6 weeks at one time
